Installation, Programming and Training
Installation of your equipment can be done either by our service team or by third party service providers who we can support and advise as required.
Once installed, all equipment supplied by Gooder Equipment is inspected and checked by our specialist service technicians. Machines will be programmed on-site to achieve the optimal fit with your needs in terms of maximum efficiency of utilities, power consumption, machine operation times and wash quality.
We also provide on-site training to staff responsible for the operation of your laundry regarding the safe and efficient use of all equipment supplied.
Parts and Warranty Provision
We pride ourselves on the quality of our parts and the technical and service back-up that we provide. With the largest technical team of any laundry equipment supplier in New Zealand with 7 electrically qualified staff our team has in-depth knowledge of the commercial laundry industry and there is seldom a problem or a query we have not encountered. Our extensive parts warehouse is based in Wellington and we can have spare parts delivered within 48 hours to anywhere in New Zealand.
